Traditional Conductivity Calibrating Standards
Potassium Chloride Formulations
Unit of Measure “µs/cm” microSiemens per centimeter.
Conductivity Calibrating Standards following are those provided from stock. Potassium
chloride standards are the traditional standards for conductimeter calibration.
Potassium chloride is preferred because it is readily available in pure form, highly
ionized in water; and the ions are about the same size and weight with similar mobility.
We also make Precision Conductivity Standards, Standards In 20 mL single-use pouches,
and Low-Level Conductivity Standards for pure water and wfi testing. Just click
on the link to go to that section.
Accuracy as referenced to NIST Standard Reference Materials or NIST method is ±1.0%
@25°C. Traceability certificates at this website. To access click on this link CERTS
